We’re looking for a National Sales Manager – Specification to lead our Architectural channel across Australia.

You’ll be the voice of ASSA ABLOY in the architectural space, ensuring our solutions are front-of-mind in Australia’s most iconic projects.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a national sales team focused on architectural specification
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
  • Build trusted relationships with architects, specifiers, and commercial clients
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to support launches and campaigns
  • Use market insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
  • Oversee forecasting and reporting to support production and demand planning
  • Drive collaboration across ASSA ABLOY Group entities to align national efforts
  • Ensure clients receive up-to-date pricing, samples, and promotional materials
  • Represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events, training sessions, and product promotions
