Description

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are a global leader in Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) solutions, serving both OEM and aftermarket sectors. As part of our strategic expansion into the UK automotive aftermarket, we are seeking our first local Sales Manager to drive market development, build relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and technical expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Nationality: UK citizen or permanent resident.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UK automotive aftermarket, preferably in tires, wheels, TPMS, or related automotive electronics.
· Network: Established contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and tire chain stores will be a strong advantage.
· Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; able to work independently without daily supervision.
· Technical Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and explain TPMS products; prior technical sales experience is desirable.
· Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the UK for customer visits; occasional overseas travel for exhibitions and meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £43,000.00-£79,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Market Development – Identify, approach, and develop business with Distributors, Wholesalers, and Tire Chain Stores in the UK aftermarket sector.
  2. Sales Execution – Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
  3. Technical Support & Training – Deliver product technical service, support, and training sessions to distributors, retail partners, and end-users.
  4. Market Research & Analysis – Conduct regular market surveys to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  5. Marketing & Promotion – Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  6. Event Management – Organize and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  7. Budget Management – Prepare, manage, and adjust sales budgets in collaboration with the HQ team.
  8. Other Duties – Support additional sales and market development activities as required by business needs.
