Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK National Sales Manager to lead our automotive aftermarket Multibrand filtration sales activities across the United Kingdom and Ireland. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, managing key accounts, driving growth in targeted segments, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Main Tasks

  • Develop and implement the UK sales strategy for MANN+HUMMEL’s Multibrand filtration products in alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and coach the UK sales team to achieve sales targets manage and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors industry and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs in automotive and OHI filtration sectors.
  • Collaborate with all required internal and external stakeholders in the tender and implementation of new and existing business across all MANN+HUMMEL Brands and the brands within the Private Brand business segment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales excellence and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional customer value.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting in line with company KPIs.
  • Drive, monitor and encourage full utilisations for all data and reporting tools such as Power BI and Salesforce CRM
  • Represent MANN+HUMMEL at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events in the UK and Ireland

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams and delivering sustainable growth in technical product markets is desirable.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications and market leading CRM such as Salesforce
  • Experience in the filtration industry or related sectors (automotive, industrial, HVAC, life sciences) is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, customer-centric approach.
  • Data driven approach to managing sales volumes, forecasting and target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe as required.
