About the Role We’re seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and deliver RV vehicle sales performance across New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving national sales strategy, leading a geographically dispersed sales team, and achieving ambitious growth targets across our RV Super Centre network. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership—building high-performing teams, strengthening dealer and supplier relationships, and ensuring a consistently outstanding customer experience nationwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver national RV sales targets, including monthly, quarterly and annual volume and margin objectives Coach, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team across multiple locations Drive consistent sales processes, standards and behaviours across all RV Super Centre sales yards Ensure sales yards are presented to a high standard and appropriately stocked to meet customer demand Own dealer and supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with sales and pricing objectives Plan and lead participation in major RV sales shows and events across New Zealand Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns, promotions and lead generation activity Work with Operations and Refurbishment teams to ensure vehicle readiness, quality and timely delivery Monitor sales performance and KPIs, providing insights, reporting and corrective actions Lead trade-in appraisals, buybacks and RV Super Centre pricing, providing recommendations to the COO NZ Recruit, onboard and develop sales team members, building capability and succession Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements Contribute to wider leadership initiatives, forecasting and strategic business planning Audit branch fuel cards monthly and complete other duties as required About You You’re a confident, commercially astute sales leader with a proven track record in complex, multi-site environments. You thrive in fast-paced, results-driven settings and know how to balance strategy with execution. You’ll bring: Proven senior sales leadership experience (automotive, RV, retail or similar) Strong commercial acumen across revenue, margin and performance metrics Experience leading geographically dispersed teams Excellent coaching, mentoring and people development skills Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capability Experience planning and executing large-scale sales events and shows Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills Strong planning, organisation and time management skills Willingness to travel domestically as required Measures of Success Achievement of national RV sales volume and margin targets Strong sales conversion rates and lead response performance High sales team engagement, capability and retention Consistent yard presentation and effective stock management Positive dealer satisfaction and performance outcomes Successful execution of sales shows and promotional events Why Join Us?
