NATIONAL SALES MANAGER YESSS LIGHTING

Location: Head Office/remote based with UK travel,
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Product Development Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and develop our UK sales strategy working closely with our UK Electrical Wholesale branch network, this key role will be responsible for driving the growth of our exclusive brand “Luxna”
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy, building strong relationships with our branches and their customers, while maximising revenue opportunities across the UK.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in a senior Lighting sales role within the electrical wholesale or electrical products sector.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building ability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint etc.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of margin, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
Responsibilities

The role will require the successful applicant to:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Manage and build relationships with our Electrical Wholesale Branches and their customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities, product and market trends within the electrical wholesale sector for lighting and associated products.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, product development and operations teams) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Analyse sales performance, produce reports, and present recommendations to the senior management team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer service delivery across all sales channels.
