Key to the success of this position is attention to detail, accuracy and ensuring a fast response to customer and employee requests. Core Functions: Quickly turn-around customer requests for quotes Place orders and follow through on details as necessary with customers and/or CDI employees Communicate with the plant sales teams regarding regional orders Track individual plant goals each month to ensure they are staying on track Attend weekly 1 on1 with NSR and attend the L10 meeting of each plant sales team Assist in training all new CDI sales support reps Requirements Embraces and promotes CDI values of FAST, EASY, FUN, COMMUNITY, GROWTH Effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations Excellent written and oral communication skills Minimum three years of experience in sales specific to HVAC industry An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus. Computer literacy and typing skills. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
