Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a National Marketing Specialist to join Bayleys’ Residential division, working within the franchise services agency, Bayleys Realty Group (BRG). The role is responsible for driving strategy, campaigns, and tools that empower franchise marketers, sales managers, and agents. You’ll work closely with key franchise stakeholders, internal teams, and external agencies to drive the adoption of tools and products that strengthen brand presence, build profile, and effectively market and sell property—ultimately supporting business growth. Reporting to the National Residential Marketing Manager, you’ll also be supported by a dedicated Marketing Account Executive to help drive workflow and execution. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the national residential marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals. Drive marketing campaigns across media, digital, brand, sponsorship, and experiential channels. Manage the development and distribution of content across Bayleys’ owned channels, including social media and PR, to maximise reach and awareness. Provide direction and support for property portfolio campaigns, as well as high-profile luxury property and small development marketing campaigns. Foster strong relationships with franchise managers, marketers, agents, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are communicated clearly and consistently. Champion the Bayleys brand, ensuring all marketing and communications reflect established standards across the franchise group. Drive the adoption of exclusive property marketing products and profiling tools, working closely with external suppliers and internal teams. Collaborate with the marketing teams of global partners McGrath and Knight Frank to build relationships, leverage marketing opportunities, share knowledge, and develop expertise that benefits clients. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Digital Services, Marketing Operations, Data & Insights, Auctions, and other asset class marketing teams (Commercial, Rural, Projects) to streamline initiatives and implement strategy. Skills & Experience 6+ years’ experience in marketing (agency preferred or client-side). Proven expertise across media, brand, digital, social, and content marketing. Strong presentation and written communication skills. Exceptional project and budget management skills. Creative, innovative, and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail. Leadership ability, with experience managing teams or complex stakeholder groups. Knowledge of the real estate/property sector is advantageous but not essential. Why Bayleys?
