Job Description National Service at AmaliTech - 2026/27 This is a 12-month, full-time, on-site skills development programme. It prepares recent university graduates for entry-level software and data engineering careers at AmaliTech. Cognitive Reasoning Aptitude Test: All applicants will take a multiple-choice assessment covering abstract reasoning, verbal reasoning, and numerical reasoning. (Preferred score: 370/ 600) Specialist Assessment: Depending on the specialisation selected, candidates will complete; IT Project Management Assessment for Digital Transformation. General Coding Assessment for Experience Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Data Engineering & Analytics. (Preferred score: 350/ 600). Shortlisting: based on combined scores. Take-Home Lab: Shortlisted candidates will complete a take-home lab to evaluate applied technical competence and problem-solving approach. Interviews: will be anchored on the lab submission.
