Job Description National Service at AmaliTech - 2026/27 This is a 12-month, full-time, on-site skills development programme. It prepares recent university graduates for entry-level software and data engineering careers at AmaliTech. Programme Overview This programme produces well-rounded engineering professionals with both the technical and soft skills needed to thrive in a dynamic tech environment. Learners collaborate in agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement. They work together to solve complex problems, share knowledge and expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions. This collaborative approach empowers learners to develop their skills, build confidence, and become valuable contributors to the team. (Preferred score: 300/ 600). Shortlisting: based on combined scores. Take-Home Lab: Shortlisted candidates will complete a take-home lab to evaluate applied technical competence and problem-solving approach. Interviews: will be anchored on the lab submission.
