Responsibilities

As our National Structural Manager, you will be responsible for leading coordination across offices to ensure alignment of technical delivery, innovation, and business outcomes. Driving the national performance and strategic direction of our discipline across all offices, overseeing national budgeting, capability planning, and operational improvements.

  • Providing input on project delivery, client engagement, and business development to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Structural Managers to align efforts, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure consistency and innovation in our structural approach.
  • Coordinate national discipline-wide initiatives including budgeting, capability development, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide high-level input into business development, project direction and client engagement strategy.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to senior business strategy.
