OVERVIEW:

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience with our Boys High School and Post-grad basketball teams. The National Team Assistant will work directly with coaches and athletes, supporting both on-court and off-court operations. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in coaching, athletics administration, or sports management.
Note: Housing is provided as part of this role, as the National Team Assistant will be responsible for supervising student housing and dorms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in college or high school athletics (player, manager, or coach)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (must be obtained prior to start date)

• Supervise student housing and dorms to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
• Film practices and games, assist with video analysis
• Support on-court instruction and individual skill development
• Track statistics and maintain records
• Assist head coaches with practices, games, and daily operations
• Manage equipment and transportation logistics
• Provide transportation for players and equipment as needed
• Contribute to social media and college placement efforts
