We are in search of an exceptional National Technology and Solutions Manager to join our high-performing team and drive strategic transformation across our mining equipment portfolio. This is more than just a leadership role — it’s a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our technology strategy, build and scale a Go-To-Market playbook, and work hand-in-hand with mining customers nationwide to deliver tangible, technology-driven results.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be pivotal in defining and executing a clear, customer-focused technology and solutions strategy. You’ll collaborate across the business and ensure the seamless integration of innovative technologies into our customer operations. From fleet management systems to predictive maintenance and autonomous solutions — you’ll be at the forefront of mining technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Vision:

  • Define and implement the Technology and Solutions strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive growth.
  • Educate internal stakeholders and the broader business on the emerging Liebherr technology suite.

Customer-Focused Solutions Delivery:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Solutions, including an Application Engineering team and their focus on Continuous Improvement and site-based consultancy services
  • Coordinate the implementation and support of technology solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Business Analysis and Problem-Solving:

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to optimize service delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer support, engineering, and IT.
  • Coordinate product development efforts with product management within our factories for future technology and solutions offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the financial performance of the Technology and Solutions portfolio, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Evaluate ROI and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
