About this role A unique opportunity has become available for a National Training Senior Manager to join our collaborative, diverse Audit team. In this newly created position, you will oversee and manage the creation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technical training to our Audit colleagues nationally, ensuring that learning content remains up-to-date, relevant, and tuned into our clients’ evolving needs and circumstances, as well as regulatory requirements. This role would ideally suit an individual from an accounting background who is looking for a rewarding career development pathway away from client-facing work, in which they can leverage their interest and experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) space. Key responsibilities Design and deliver high impact, blended learning programs tailored to audit professionals across all levels (from Graduate to Partner) Collaborate with technical leaders to embed regulatory updates, audit methodologies and assurance frameworks into training programmes Lead onboarding and induction programs for new audit hires, ensuring alignment with firm values and technical excellence Monitor learning analytics and generate insights to improve engagement and performance outcomes Facilitate learning and development programs nationally with the support from SME’s Please note that this role will involve interstate travel to our other GT offices across Australia.
