Overview JOB SUMMARY Title Ops/underwriting Rep performs duties including but not limited to assigning title orders, following up on over-due orders, receiving and reviewing completed abstracts from title vendors, and escalating any potential problem abstracts/orders to the appropriate teams/departments. Also responsible for reviewing commitments for accuracy. **This is a HYBRID position, so applicants should be within reasonable commuting distance to Pittsburgh (Moon Township, PA) office.** Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assign orders Complete daily follow-up including late orders Status-in searches, client notifications updates via fax or email Status title commitments and QA per state requirements Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner Follow up on rejected orders and send to vendors to obtain resolutions Meet production goals and quality requirements as set by management Run reports as assigned by management Any other duties assigned Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) months minimum Title (real estate), experience. Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal Proven customer service skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task Ability to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work Familiarity with personal computer operation, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
