Overview JACKSON, WY (AND THE WORLD)- Loving, growth-oriented parents (living in two loving, present, and passionate households) seek a FULL-TIME EDUCATOR / NANNY for their 4-year-old son to support his love of learning through play, presence, and curiosity-driven exploration. This role is ideal for an energetic, grounded, emotionally steady educator who genuinely thrives in a dynamic, travel-forward environment and feels resourced by movement, change, and variety. The ideal candidate is comfortable integrating seamlessly across multiple homes and environments and can easily shift spaces while maintaining consistency, warmth, and structure for the child. Rather than following a traditional curriculum, the educator will observe and respond to the child’s natural interests, designing experiential, child-led learning opportunities rooted in play, relationship, and real-world engagement. This is not a classroom teacher role. It is a presence-first, logistics-aware, educator/nannyhybrid requiring initiative, emotional resilience, and joy in the everyday rhythms of care, travel, and learning within a fast-paced, high-engagement family lifestyle. Schedule & Lifestyle● Guaranteed 40 hours per week Monday–Friday between 7 AM–7 PM with breaks● Flexibility required depending on location, travel days, and family needs● The child lives between homes in Jackson, WY; NY (Brooklyn, Hamptons); theCaribbean, and Tennessee● Time is thoughtfully split between households, with schedules and travel plans arranged well in advance whenever possible● The family also travels internationally (Europe, Africa, Asia)Candidates must genuinely enjoy travel, including:● Airports, packing/unpacking, transitions between homes● Supporting a young child through travel days with calm leadership and positive energy● Navigating new environments with confidence and adaptabilityComfort driving in winter conditions, including snow, is required.A private bedroom and bathroom are provided in each location.A valid passport is required. Role Responsibilities● Provide sole-care leadership grounded in warmth, playfulness, and emotional steadiness● Design child-led, experiential learning opportunities based on the child’s evolvinginterests● Plan and execute: ○ Local outings, nature exploration, cultural experiences ○ Classes, playgroups, and community activities in each location● Support language development through daily Spanish exposure● Handle day-to-day logistics with initiative (bags, transitions, prep, planning)● Collaborate closely with hands-on parents while independently owning the roleThis role requires someone who can lead with clarity and calm, without needing extensivedirection or emotional scaffolding from the household, and who can fluidly integrate into different homes, routines, and rhythms with professionalism and ease.
