Job title: Natural Extract Developer Location: Grasse, France Our team in Grasse is looking for a Natural Extract Developer to drive the creation and industrialization of innovative natural extracts. In this role, you will take projects from laboratory concept to full-scale production, leveraging our unique assets and expertise to deliver high-quality, nature-inspired solutions that meet evolving market needs. Lead projects from lab to industrialization (including pilot and process transfer). Be in charge and accountable for documentation and lab reporting. Lead technical meetings with peers and management. Interact with scientists, perfumers, and flavorist to deliver state-of-the-art new products for the market. Interact with operation teams to ensure safety and quality up to the highest standards. Exciting projects & possibility to actively contribute to the development and production of sustainable products. You bring: MS degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, biochemical engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in R&D or Production, preferably in F&F, food, cosmetics, Nutraceuticals or Specialty/Fine Chemicals. Good knowledge in extraction and purification processes of Natural products (ideally F&F industry). Able to work autonomously at lab scale and experience at pilot and industrial scale. Strong data analysis and interpretation mindset. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work. Excellent communication skills and cross collaboration spirit; Fluent in French and English.
