What you will do: Work under the general direction of a registered professional engineer Perform design calculations Utilize Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD) to assist with design work Prepare construction plans for Abandoned Mine Land (AML) reclamation projects Obtain and/or assist staff in obtaining applicable permits Conduct inspection oversight of AML project construction as needed Starting hourly pay of $33.52/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 7.5 years of service, with an end salary of $49.18/hr. There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
