OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for various projects. This role requires proficiency in multiple design software and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all designs. The CAD Designer will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to bring innovative concepts to life.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience with graphic design principles and tools for effective presentation of designs.
  • Strong drafting skills with the ability to create precise technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and interior design concepts is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of mechanical design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to produce high-quality 2D animations for project presentations when required.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

  • Create schematics and technical drawings that accurately represent project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality drafts.
  • Utilize Grasshopper 3D for parametric design solutions when necessary.
  • Prepare construction documents and assist in system design processes.
  • Conduct revisions based on feedback from team members or clients to refine designs.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest CAD technologies and methodologies to enhance design processes.
