Eon Patient Management (EPM) identifies patients with disease risk and streamlines clinical decision analysis so clinicians can work at the top of their licenses. With solutions across multiple disease states, we drive adherence to care pathways so more patients are seen and more survive. As a market leader in incidental tracking and patient management, Eon is pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence to enable healthcare enterprises, ranging from small health systems to large, national IDNs across the US. The Opportunity The Eon Navigator plays a vital role in supporting healthcare organizations by ensuring accurate entry and tracking of radiology reports through the Eon platform. This role requires high-volume report analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to client-approved clinical protocols. The Eon Navigator’s primary responsibility is to verify AI-generated findings, confirm data accuracy, and enter follow-up recommendations into the Eon platform using established, client-approved clinical guideline decision aids. Document and communicate findings through the Eon platform, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, providers, and care teams. Support quality assurance initiatives by contributing to ongoing review and process improvement within the Care Management department. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency. Escalate discrepancies or unclear findings to appropriate team leads or supervisors for resolution. You will be a good fit if you can: Maintain sustained focus while reviewing a high volume of radiology reports each day. Apply structured clinical guidelines consistently and without deviation. Interpret radiology terminology and follow-up recommendations with confidence and accuracy. Feel comfortable validating AI-generated findings and identifying discrepancies. Thrive in detail-oriented, repetitive work that requires precision. Recognize patterns, inconsistencies, or missing data and escalate appropriately. Balance efficiency with accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Work independently while maintaining accountability to defined protocols and quality standards.
