Job Details Job Location: Cleveland St - Greenville, SC 29607 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Under the supervision of the Navigator Manger, this position provides clinical and administrative coordination of activities related to the treatment and intervention DUI offenders related to the processing of intake, coordinating services from assessment to groups, point-of-contact for PRI clients needing to increase in there level of care, coordination with admin for enroll/term notifications, PRI start letters, appeals letters and communicate with counselors regarding 30 day of no service, Staff all ADSAP PRI clients before proceeding to discharge planning and attend quarterly ADSAP meetings. Conducts ADS/BHS screening and assessments on new admissions and recommends placement into services based on ASAM criteria and SUD Diagnosis Communicate with OSUS to assure that enrollment or terminations are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Insure timely and effective case management of ADSAP cases per ADSAP standards. Remains updated on ADSAP standards and policy changes in order to facilitate training Consults with PRI and OPS counselors to coordinate status of completion for ADSAP clients Participates in client case staffing to assure that the recommendations of care are based upon ASAM Dimensions and SUD Diagnosis. Works closely with client care team staff to monitor intake appointments, show rates, and triage assessment needs during peak intake times. Provides assessment, case consultation, case management, and treatment services to clients as required. Provides crisis intervention services to clients as needed. Network and communicate with primary referral sources on referral process for services. Participates in weekly treatment staffing to receive and provide feedback on client admissions. Maintains effective working relationships with external agencies through regular case management activities. Collaborate with Treatment department and Navigation department to assure ADSAP information is being managed and completed effectively. Performs administrative duties relevant to client services. Actively support a trauma informed and responsive work environment as demonstrated in the 5 core values of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment. Actively supports ERI values of acknowledgment, commitment, openness, celebration, and humility. Actively supports and implements Motivational Interviewing as the program’s core evidence based practice. Other duties as assigned. Serves on Commission committee(s) as needed. Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of substance use disorder and addictive diseases. Knowledge of group and individual counseling techniques, including knowledge base of addiction recovery models. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff and other agencies. Knowledge of applicable standards (ADSAP, UCR guidelines, QA standards, Medicaid Standards). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to evaluate existing programs and suggest program improvements. REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in health or human services with minimum of 2 years related experience. ADC credentialed and Licensed to practice in SC (LISW, LPC, LAC, LMSW) is highly preferred.
