REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Formal qualification in mechanical or other relevant engineering field
  • Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, AutoCAD or other relevant design tools
  • Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
  • Ability to work systematically with multiple tasks under tight schedules
  • Enthusiastic attitude to utilize technology edge HI-FOG products / systems
  • A security clearance will be carried out on the person selected for the position

Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:

  • Experience from the marine, automation, hydraulics or HVAC industry
  • Understanding of the project life cycle

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marine Navy business is poised for dynamic expansion, and we’re assembling a dedicated team of professionals to lead the success. Join us as a Navy Project Engineer in our Marine Navy Team, where you’ll collaborate with a skilled and specialized workforce encompassing Navy experts from various positions and stakeholder groups. Your capabilities will be instrumental in driving the success of our Navy-focused initiatives and propelling our organization to new heights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirement compliance analysis
  • Preparing quotation material
  • Sprinkler system layout design, pressure loss and material calculations
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation
  • Preparing the project system manuals, ILS-documents, and customer-specific documentation in cooperation with Engineering department
  • Making sure that project data security handling is done according to customer requirements.
  • Support project managers in different project-related tasks
