It is a one-year training program focused on preparing UAE Nationals for operational and technical roles, particularly within logistics, maritime, and port operations. The program targets Emirati candidates with a high school certificate or below who are motivated to grow their careers in these fields within AD Ports Group.
The Program aims to attract UAE Nationals with a high school certificate or less, providing them with the foundation to excel in various technical and operational roles, primarily within logistics, maritime, and port operations. The program is also designed to build essential capabilities to meet the future needs of these sectors, emphasizing ongoing upskilling and reskilling to introduce new skill sets into the local job market. Additionally, the program offers career opportunities for individuals who may not have pursued higher academic qualifications.
Responsibilities: Graduates of NAWRUS Program will emerge job-ready, equipped with the tools to contribute effectively to operational environments with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
By the end of the program, participants would gain the opportunity to:
