QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and 4+ years’ experience.
• Attention to detail and highly motivated to discover the problem and find resolution.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing.
• Able to digest and understand technical information.
• Able to follow quality assurance testing procedures and standards.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation

Desired:

• Prior project/asset management experience on enterprise National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) programs.
• Experience working in a SAFe environment

• Automated testing experience considered a positive

• Develop and execute test plans for low-code platform solutions with an emphasis on ServiceNow and Salesforce
• Communicate test results and support the adjudication of findings.
• Use the quality control standards to ensure professional, accurate, complete, and timely review and delivery.
• Participate formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to feedback and recommendations to Product Management on software usability and functionality.
• Update test scripts to ensure currency.
• Contribute to in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Contribute to test scripts based on specific test cases to verify the software functions as expected.
