About the Position: Epic International Staffing is looking for an NCLEX Monitor who will be responsible for supporting candidates as they progress through their NCLEX preparation program. This role provides regular communication, guidance, and encouragement to help participants stay engaged and address any challenges that may impact their progress. The NCLEX Monitor works closely with mentors and program leadership to monitor candidate status, share updates, and support overall program success. About Us: Epic International Staffing recruits, develops, and guides best-in-class foreign-educated medical professionals through the complex U.S. immigration system and into an array of U.S.-based facilities. What You'll Do: Establish and maintain regular communication with assigned candidates through phone, email, or text to reinforce adherence to study plans and encourage steady progress. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping resolve any challenges that may impact their preparation or participation in the program. Review and monitor each candidate’s study activity, engagement levels, and progress against individual study plans and program timelines. Identify and document patterns of non-compliance, performance gaps, or obstacles such as scheduling conflicts, technology issues, or personal challenges that could affect readiness. Communicate relevant concerns and observations to mentors and program leadership to ensure candidates receive timely support and appropriate interventions when needed. What You Bring: Two years of experience in operations support, administrative coordination, or process management, preferably in a staffing or international recruitment environment. Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties. Proficiency in MS Applications, particularly MS Excel.
