Staff Specialist within the Workover Rig Operations - Flowback job family. Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Collaboration & Interaction: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader. Staff Specialist (Hourly) Qualifications Requirements: * Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations. * Ability to work unsupervised. * More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience * 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role. * Excellent leadership ability * Excellent time management skills * Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software. * Excellent verbal and written communication * Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers * Able to analyze and resolve problems. * Organized and detail oriented. * Self-Starter * Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner. * Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline. * Consistently practice safe driving * Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home. * Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions. * Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead) The DOT Authority for this position is: Black Hawk Energy Services/Sun Well Services 118 84th Street W Williston, ND 58801
