T BAILEY is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our team at our state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility in Anacortes, Washington. This position is critical in upholding the exceptional quality standards that our clients in the heavy civil and industrial sectors rely on. Our fabrication shops are busy with a diverse range of projects, offering opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience with complex builds, industry-leading equipment, and advanced inspection technologies.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of all fabricated components. You’ll be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of the fabrication process, with a strong focus on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Shear Wave, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT). Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential, as you’ll be reviewing fabrication drawings, checking for non-conformities, completing detailed reports, and coordinating closely with our Quality Manager and production teams to resolve any quality issues in real time.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of welding operations, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, and quality control procedures in a high-volume fabrication environment. Candidates will find ample opportunity to apply and develop those skills across a wide variety of applications.
