Responsibilities

The NDIS Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, participants and their representatives to ensure a seamless participant journey from intake to invoicing. Duties will include; processing referrals including completion of an intake assessment, collection of key information and documents, service agreement management, waitlist management, data entry, office administration, information management, invoicing and debt management.
