Sunland Support is a specialist disability support provider that is passionate about helping our participants to live their best life. We provide support services to NDIS participants throughout North Shore, Sydney.
At Sunland Support, our purpose is to work with people with disability, providers and the community to deliver supports and services in a compassionate manner.
Flexibility with shifts of 3-8 hours per day between 8am - 5pm Monday to Saturday - Hybrid role. May suit student requiring flexibility around their studies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in NDIS Admin Office role (At least 2 years’ experience)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check – Required
  • Police Check – Required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 – especially Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • Familiarity with Xero and general bookkeeping processes
  • Experience with ShiftCare or other rostering systems
  • Confidence in managing social media pages and updating content
    Job Type: Casual
    Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist with screening applicants resumes and onboard new staff
  • Providing high-level administrative and Supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Rostering, payroll support and client invoicing using Xero and ShiftCare
  • Assisting with internal bookkeeping tasks and data entry
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Maintaining company website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the business
