Your Role in a Nutshell:
As our superstar Bookkeeper, you’ll be the heartbeat of our finance world — keeping things tidy, compliant, and on track so the rest of our team can focus on what matters most: supporting the incredible individuals we work with every day.
We’re after someone who loves spreadsheets and people, who gets excited about clean reconciliations, prompt payments, and smoother processes. Bonus points if you speak fluent NDIS!

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):Everyday Hero Tasks:

  • Transaction Tracking – Record daily sales, purchases, and payments like a pro.
  • Bank Reconciliations – Match those numbers and find the sneaky cents that don’t belong.
  • Invoicing & Follow-Up – Send invoices, track due dates, and gently chase those late ones (we believe in kind persistence).
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Make sure we pay what we owe and collect what’s owed to us.
  • Payroll Support – Help make sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time, including superannuation and tax.
  • BAS Prep & GST Support – Pull together all the bits so we can lodge on time, stress-free.
  • Monthly Reporting – Prepare simple, clear reports to help us make smart decisions.
  • Financial Recordkeeping – Keep our books squeaky clean and audit-ready.
  • Email Communication – Respond to finance-related emails with warmth and clarity.
  • Process Improvements – See something that could run smoother? We want your ideas.
