Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Support Case Manager to join our team. This role combines administration, case management, client engagement, and marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our service delivery team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client documentation.
  • Providing case management support, including support plan coordination.
  • Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations and service delivery tasks.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential participants.
  • Inspecting accommodation and ensuring compliance with service standards.
  • Managing leads and supporting conversion into active clients.
  • Timely reporting to the HR and management.
  • Handling social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing activities.
  • Welcoming and professionally engaging with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Performing additional case management duties as directed.
