We are hiring on behalf of a dedicated NDIS service provider seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker. This role involves supporting a young NDIS participant with mental health.

QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Working with Children Check.
• Experience with behaviour management strategies (advantageous).

  Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

• Provide assistance and prompting with personal care.
• Support participants with challenging behaviours and implement strategies to ensure their well-being.
• Implement PBSP strategies.
• Collaborate with the participant’s family to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor and guide other staff members to maintain high-quality support standards.
