About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers — or those with a strong interest in the field — to join our team in Brisbane's northside. A background in supporting individuals with intellectual disability is highly regarded. We are looking to build new teams in the Caboolture, Burpengary, Morayfield, and Brighton.

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or other relevant qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
A strong passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disability and a commitment to ongoing learning.
Experience in disability support is highly valued.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
NDIS Worker Screening Check is required prior to commencement.
Availability of a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepover shifts.
Possession of an open driver's license and reliable transportation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Respond to clients' needs and work collaboratively with their families, support networks, and other stakeholders in their lives.
Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports in a timely manner.
Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies when required, with training provided where necessary.
Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times.

Pay: $36.81 – $51.00 per hour
