This Permanent Part-Time opportunity (20 hours per week) offers you the stability to grow with the organisation, with a view to transition to Full-Time hours for the right person. It’s an ideal role if you’re ready to step into leadership—or return to it—with support, balance, and purpose.
You’ll lead from the front, building a positive, high-performance culture, managing support teams, and ensuring that services are not only delivered efficiently, but also with empathy, dignity, and excellence. This role blends people leadership, client relationship management, operational oversight, and continuous service improvement—giving you the chance to grow your skillset and lead change.
