NDIS SIL Intake and Business Development Manager

Equal Living is a leading NDIS provider with 3 purpose built apartment facilities in Victoria (Dandenong, Preston, Werribee), and another 5 in development planning.
The facilities provide a mix of services and accommodation for NDIS Participants, including SDA apartments on Level 2 and 3, and SIL accommodation, STA and MTA on Level 1. On site services on Ground Floor Consulting Suites also include a full time Occupational Therapy team, physio, psychologist and speech therapist.
The facilities serve as a Participant centric model of care, providing all required Home & Living services that a Participant requires.
We are seeking a casual/part time intake business development manager that has extensive links to Support Co-ordinators, hospital discharge liasion, OT’s, LAC’s and other referral sources, to assist us to fill our SIL’s on Level 1. The role will also include speaking to leads that come from our social media marketing, and qualifying and converting those leads.
You will have extensive experience in growing NDIS businesses and networks in the industry for Participant growth.
This is a part time hybrid role that can lead to full time as we expand the business. You will be reporting to the Operational Facility Manager/Regional Manager as well as regular interactions with the Board of Directors.
Remuneration is flexible with significant opportunities for KPI based bonuses.
