Full job description

This role provides Level 2 Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to help NDIS participants understand their plans, access supports, and build capacity for independence and recovery.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $35.15 – $51.65 per hour
