ABOUT US:

Pearsons Services specialise in providing allied health services to children, young people and adults with disabilities. Offering a flexible service, sessions can take place in our office, our therapy house, our farm or within the community. Our goal is to provide a truly person-centered service while working within a trans-disciplinary team.

THE POSITION:

Our support coordination team work exceptionally well together, we are looking for someone who will complement the team and ideally add to the team dynamic.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Understanding and knowledge of the Privacy Act and relevant confidentiality requirements.
  • Understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and act in compliance at all times and in accordance with the PAHS Mission Statement.
  • Understanding of Disability Service Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Understanding of United Nations Convention on Human Rights for People with a Disability.

    Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide Support Coordination to a varied caseload of clients;
  • Work constructively and collaboratively in a team;
  • Perform a high standard of record keeping and clinical note creation that is consistent with Commission and legislative requirements; and
  • Who is able to work as part of a team but also has the ability to work independently and with autonomy with a focus on achieving results through evidence-based practice, and possess a good understanding of related legislation and clinical governance.
