We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, in-home and community-based support across Melbourne’s South-East suburbs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or relevant qualification
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Completed NDIS Induction and Orientation Modules
  • Current Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Comprehensive car insurance (for community access support)
  • Previous experience in a similar support role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, respectful, and flexible approach to care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide one-on-one, person-centred support tailored to individual goals
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Support the development of life skills and independence
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
  • Accurately document participant progress and maintain confidential records
  • Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and the support team
  • Show empathy, patience, and adaptability in meeting diverse needs
