Cality Care is a leading provider of in-home care services, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their full potential. We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in various areas in South Brisbane, Logan and surrounding areas.

About the role

• Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation
• Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals
• Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

What we're looking for

• Experience in aged care, disability or community services an advantage - students are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
• Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements
• Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car
• Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain
• Must have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain
• Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification
• Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references
