About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and caring NDIS Support Workers to join our team. You will be supporting participants in their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily living support (personal care, household tasks, meal preparation)
• Assist participants with community access and social activities
• Support participants in achieving their NDIS goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
• Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families

Requirements:

• Experience in disability support or similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
