Job Description We are seeking an experienced Ultrasonic Welds Level 2 NDT Inspector to join our Hamilton team, delivering inspection and consultancy services across a diverse range of industrial clients. What you will be doing: Perform NDT inspections on plant, pressure equipment, and structural components Support shutdowns and maintenance projects Assess weld integrity, corrosion, and mechanical defects Prepare accurate, detailed, compliant reports for clients Build strong client relationships and ensure high service delivery Maintain compliance with SGS and industry standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ practical NDT experience of UT2 Weld inspection (essential) Must have AINDT or PCN Level 2 certifications in the following: UT Welds, MT, PT - essential UTPA, TOFD, UT Nodes and Nozzles and CWI - highly desirable Strong defect interpretation and reporting skills High attention to detail and strong safety focus Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites Multi-industry or shutdown/project experience Additional Information What we offer Ongoing training and development, including support to maintain and expand ISO 9712 certifications Diverse projects across key industries The opportunity to travel and experience different regions of New Zealand and beyond Supportive team environment within a global organisation Hamilton offers a great lifestyle.
