POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing and overseeing NDT inspections, ensuring compliance with customer, ISO, and AS requirements, maintaining equipment, training personnel, and supporting quality assurance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in inspection/QA with ISO/AS experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical documents; computer literate.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, ethical, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and document NDT inspections (Radiographic, Liquid Penetrant, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with AS/ISO QMS; maintain inspection/test equipment and records.
  • Develop/approve NDT procedures; obtain customer approvals as needed.
  • Conduct system/performance audits and manage non-conformances (NRs).
  • Evaluate returned product (RMA), support operators, and interface with customers/agencies (e.g., NADCAP).
  • Train and mentor staff in NDT practices.
