We’re excited to be supporting a long-standing, reputable engineering manufacturer in Deeside who is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their quality team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Lead Quality Control Inspector, this role will focus on maintaining the highest standards of welding and fabrication quality, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety protocols, and nuclear sector regulations.
This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on inspection, documentation, and quality control throughout all manufacturing processes.

• Conduct inspections on welds and fabrication work to ensure they meet technical and contractual standards
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to carry out compliance checks
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections at goods inwards and across the workshop
• Generate and maintain inspection documentation, reports, and quality records
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, fabrication procedures, and client-specific requirements
• Promote a culture of high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with production, HSEQ, and client representatives
• Maintain clean, safe working environments, adhering to all health & safety policies
