Job Description Location: PAN India (Site-based / Field Work) Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Specifically in UT & Site Operations) Education: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Role Overview We are seeking a physically fit, dedicated, and technically skilled NDT Level II Technician to join our field operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a demanding environment, enjoys hands-on "hard work," and is looking for a long-term career path. You will be responsible for inspecting oil and gas infrastructure across the country, using industry-leading state-of-the-art equipment and robotics. Key Responsibilities Field Inspection: Perform day-to-day inspections of pipelines, boilers, HP piping, structures, and rotary equipment (fans, pumps, turbines). NDT Testing: Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) using straight beam probes to find welding defects, laminations, and corrosion. Perform Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) as required. Reporting: Identify flaws based on international codes and standards. Prepare detailed technical reports and work summaries for senior engineers and clients. Client Liaison: Act as the sole point of contact between the client and senior engineers on-site. Project Support: Assist clients and contractors in maintaining quality according to technical specifications, drawings, and standards. Multitasking: Manage field testing while handling necessary office/administrative documentation simultaneously. Qualifications Required Qualifications & Skills Certification: Must hold NDT Level II Certification in UT, LPT, and VT (Visual Testing). Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with different metal velocities, NDT robotics, and identifying various types of corrosion or cracks. Physical Fitness: Must be able to walk pipeline "Right of Ways" (ROW) with heavy equipment for extended periods. Travel Commitment: 100% willingness to travel PAN India. Candidates must be comfortable being in the field for up to 2 months straight during extensive project. Responsibilities
