THE POSITION

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our ACT team, reporting to the Section Manager. We seek a highly motivated, senior engineer to lead our electrical design solutions and project teams for timely project delivery.
As part of a senior, highly technical team you can expect to be exposed to various large-scale projects. With an emphasis on design excellence, we offer continued development and career growth opportunities.

YOUR CAPABILITIES

• Established experience in relevant professional engineering experience across the full project lifecycle and responsibility for delivering projects
• Experience working within the building services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of relevant Standards and Building Codes in your region.
• Accredited with CPEng or ACT Professional Engineers Registration
• Well-developed understanding of Project Stages and Delivery methods (e.g. full design, design and construct)
• Ability to exercise well-developed problem-solving skills and use substantial initiative and judgement to work independently to meet objectivesDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines including colleagues and clients.
