Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our talented kitchen crew to help produce the best wood fired Pizzas using top quality local and Italian produce in our lively and popular restaurant. 6-8 hour shifts from 2.30/4.30pm-10.30pm
Kitchen experience absolutely essential and knowledge of dough making, neapolitan pizza and wood-fired cooking preferred.
Start date flexible between now and 1st Sept. Full time hours available until late December then reopen in March 2026

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally with good knowledge and experience of neapolitan pizza and or sourdough
  • Working with wood fire is favourable
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
    Contract length: 4 months
    Pay: From £15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
