Job Description We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Coordinator to act as the bridge between the business units and the Web Platform Team. You will ensure that business-specific needs are understood, prepared, migrated, and validated while maintaining platform standards. Responsibilities: Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee content rationalization. Convert business requirements into functional input for the platform team. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate content testing. Facilitate adoption and change management, providing training for business content authors. Secure business UAT sign-off during pilot phases. Qualifications Deep understanding of digital content and authoring workflows. Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring. Experienced in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models. Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential.
