Job Description We are looking for an experienced, outcome-driven Cloud Project Manager to join our Infra PM & Governance team within the Global Logistics & Supply Chain sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering multiple migration waves as part of our major Move-to-Cloud (M2C) program to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We need a professional focused on fast-paced execution, capable of managing the full application migration lifecycle from assessment to hypercare, while successfully coordinating business stakeholders, Application CoEs, and managed cloud partners. Responsibilities: Migration Wave Execution: Drive the end-to-end migration lifecycle for application portfolios (Assessment, Planning, Build, Migration, Cutover, and Hypercare). Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and align business stakeholders, Application Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the managed cloud partner to ensure seamless execution. Governance & Reporting: Maintain light but highly effective project governance, including progress reporting, risk mitigation, and swift issue escalation. Migration Factory Alignment: Execute migration waves using a structured "migration factory" model, applying the right strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Redeploy) per application profile. Qualifications Cloud Migration Expertise: Solid, proven track record managing large-scale cloud migration projects, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. Migration Strategies: Deep understanding of Migration Factory models and cloud transformation pathways (Rehost / Replatform / Redeploy). Enterprise Environments: Experience working within large, complex corporate infrastructures undergoing major digital transformations. Nice-to-Have: Previous exposure to FinOps (Cloud Cost Optimization) and Platform Engineering principles. Soft Skills & Core Competencies Outcome-Driven Mindset: Focused on speed of execution and real deliverables. High Autonomy & Resilience: Ability to self-manage, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced project environments. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership. Languages & Mobility English: Fluent (mandatory). Mobility: Must be based in Europe and fully available for occasional travel to France (Paris and Marseille).
