Our client is a leading global player in the rapidly growing iGaming market. They are looking for a passionate Dutch Customer Experience Agent to join their friendly, fun, and creative team based in Malta.

In this role, you will become an expert on their sportsbook and casino brands, assisting customers through calls, live chats, and emails. Your role will involve taking ownership of customer queries and enhancing the overall player experience. You will play a key part in resolving issues, keeping the knowledge base fresh, and contributing valuable feedback to improve systems and processes.

  • Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat, and email.
  • Take ownership of customer cases that cannot be solved at the point of contact.
  • Communicate with other teams to solve customer problems efficiently.
  • Process Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and conduct due diligence.
  • Run daily security checks to protect the business from issues and abuse.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback to shape systems and services.

To excel in this position, you should have fluent knowledge of Dutch and a keen interest in sports and casino. Experience in customer service is a plus, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to adapt to shift work, including night shifts.
