Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Nederlands Sprekende Inbound Sales Representative to join our team at Luminus. This fully remote position allows you to work from the stunning locale of Griekenland, offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and supportive environment. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Manage inbound sales calls from Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about services and offerings from Luminus. Effectively process orders and maintain accurate sales records in the system. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive market trends. Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written), with strong communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is beneficial. A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
