Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving issues and answering inquiries efficiently and accurately. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions. Document customer interactions and feedback effectively in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually develop your skills. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
